Geelong Week Accommodation agrees to list your property within 24 hours (business days only) of receipt of payment.  The term of the advertising contract is from the date of payment until conclusion of the event on Sunday 29th January, 2006.

To maintain your listing for the following contract year Monday 30th January, 2006 – Monday 31st January 2007 you must have booked and paid all fees prior to this date.  All advertisers will receive a rebooking notification one month prior to the end of the contract date.

The accommodation vendor will receive notification that their property is listed on the site.  It is the accommodation vendor responsibility to check the listing online at the website and ensure all details are correct.  Changes can be made at any time but no refund or compensation will be offered resulting from any changes made.

Once the listed property is booked it is the accommodation vendor’s responsibility to contact Geelong Week Accommodation to have the booking changed from available to booked or to remove the booking from the current listing.  (the choice is the accommodation vendors).

Only one property can be advertised per listing.  If you manage multiple listing only use one point of contact.

All advertisers opting for a photo advertisement must provide good quality photos and logos. Images to be provided as JPEGs, 250px wide or larger at 72dpi or higher.

The following guidelines have been drawn up in order to obtain optimum results for the benefit of accommodation vendors and potential renters.  It is for this reason that the submission form is standard.  No additional details will be given per listing.

The accommodation vendor is responsible for setting the accommodation rate, dates, availability, handling booking, payment of deposits and accommodation fees, check in and check out and any inspections.  Geelong Week Accommodation is responsible only for advertising the listed properties and holds no responsibility or liability towards any bookings that may result from this website.
